1.1 This series of machine tools is a mature CNC lathe product of Shandong Zhenggong CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. The whole machine has a compact structure, beautiful and pleasant appearance, high spindle torque, high rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and excellent precision retention.

1.2 The headboard of this model of CNC lathe has been optimized and designed to be suitable for turning disc and shaft parts. It can process straight lines, arcs, metric and imperial threads, and multi head threads, and is suitable for turning disc and shaft parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements.

1.3 The CNC lathe guide rail and sliding saddle guide rail are both made of special materials for hard guide rails, which are treated with high-frequency quenching technology, super hard and wear-resistant, durable, and have good machining accuracy retention.

1.4 The CNC system adopts GSK980TDC system, which uses domestically renowned ball screws and high-precision screw bearings.

1.5 The spindle adopts a high-precision spindle bearing group and has undergone precision assembly and dynamic balance testing to ensure high spindle accuracy, low noise, and strong rigidity.

1.6 The lubrication points of the CNC lathe are equipped with forced automatic lubrication devices for fixed-point and quantitative lubrication of the screw and guide rail. When there is an abnormal state or insufficient oil level, a warning signal is automatically generated.

1.7 The standard configuration adopts a domestically produced three jaw self centering manual chuck.

1.8 The guide rail is equipped with a scraping device to prevent the guide rail from being corroded by iron filings and coolant, facilitating the cleaning of iron filings.
